GREEN THUMBS IN THE PARK

The Master Gardeners will host Green Thumbs In The Park on April 29th from 9 until 2 or so.Felder Rushing will be here in his pickup garden to entertain and educate us.We will also have Donna Beiliech from MSU making a rain barrel and Joe McGee from the Natural Science Museum will be giving a program on Mississippi birds. Brittany Reyer from MSU will be giving a demonstration on composting with red wigglers. The Master Gardeners will be having a plant sale. There will be food and door prizes and books and flower pots and birdhouses for sale.This will be in Town Square Park, south of the Courthouse.
