This is cross vine-bignonia capreolata, it most often grows in the very top of a pine tree, where you may not notice it. Of course now you can order it from some mail order companies . Luckily for me a storm blew this one to the ground and I trailed it along a fence. It smells good, and the birds, butterflies, etc love it.
The iris are a very short variety with beautiful different blooms- I think they are Iris Cristada. The blue bulb is a very old crassia- it kind of likes to be moist and it fills out to a big bushy flower ,before it fades.
