SUCCULENTS ARE HOT HOT HOT!

Succulents are the hot thing this year. I have always loved them, and as hot and dry as our summers have been getting, I am liking them even more.
These photos were taken at the recent Jackson Patio Show.
Succulents planted in old chairs and on tables. The prices on these arrangements were around sixty dollars a pot. You can put together your own for around ten to twenty, depending on the size of the pot. These plants multiply so fast, you will be able to divide them and make many more pots before summers end. And if we have another drought as is predicted, this is one pot that won't need watering every five minutes!

JACKSON GARDEN EXPO

This weekend is he Jackson Garden and Patio Show. Judy and I went yesterday. We enjoyed it very much. It has not been very good for the last several years and I had stopped going. Glad I took a chance on it this year.
I love these huge urns! I think they need a bigger tree in it though. This seems to be the year of the succulents-I will share photos of the pots that were filled and ready to buy as well as some I bought.
